As a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, overthinking, panic attacks, and OCD. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and specialize in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP). I am passionate about helping people get relief from anxiety, overthinking, and fears.
